NEW! On Fridays … we eat fried rice 💁🏻‍♀️⭐️ Vegan Kimchi Fried Rice 🍚 — easy, satisfying, healthy and ready in just 15 mins! My typa comfort food when I wanna switch you from soups and stews. It’s such a great way to use up left over rice or rice that you *accidentally* undercooked + if you have any kimchi that’s been sitting in the fridge for a tad too long the answer is kimchi fried rice 😏⁣ ⁣ PS. I know homemade kimchi recipe is super overdue but I promise it’s coming!! My mom and I are working on it cause we always just throw it together and never really measure it out. ⁣ ⁣ Recipe link in bio! 👉🏻
